Our dedicated team stands ready to provide personalized service to meet and exceed your expectations. Nestled within the picturesque White River State Park, the Eiteljorg Museum provides over 28,000 square feet of customizable event space spread across five distinct rental areas. Our venue offers flexibility without compromising on quality accommodating gatherings from 12 to 1,200.
Conveniently located within walking distance of numerous downtown hotels, the museum also provides complimentary parking for your guests on a first-come, first-served basis in the White River State Parking Garage.

We are available for space tours Tuesdays through Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

For larger groups, this ballroom provides a professional and elegant setting for conferences, receptions, and banquets, with its spacious layout and recent expansion of almost 2,000 square feet. This space also presents a scenic backdrop of the Indiana State Capitol Building.
DeHaan Family Terrace and Gardens

This captivating outdoor space offers a blend of natural beauty and Western architecture. Distinctive white sails cover the terrace to provide elegance and functionality for any event. Seamlessly connected to the park’s canal, this space gives guest’s the opportunity to enjoy leisurely strolls or scenic boat rides along the waterway.
Eagle Commons

An integral part of the Eiteljorg Museum that conveniently connects the central corridor to the Museum’s galleries, rental spaces, retail store, and cafe. Its spacious layout accommodates gatherings and events, making it an ideal venue for receptions, corporate events, and special occasions.
Thompson Boardroom

The Thompson Boardroom is ideal for professional meetings with state-of-the audiovisual technology. With a scenic view of the downtown canal, the boardroom offers both a comfortable and spacious meeting area.
Ruth Lilly Theater
