We can host groups of all sizes. We’ve hosted anniversary parties, memorial services, bridal and baby showers, family gatherings, class reunions and more. If your group is somewhere between the size of 5 and 300 people, chances are, we can help you host your event!
Yes! We have both indoor and outdoor spaces available, and depending on the package you select with your planner, you can have both available to you the day of the event. For setup purposes, we will have you select the primary location in the spaces available to you by noon the day of your event, that way you can make the most of the beautiful weather if you have it.
Absolutely! We will plan ahead to determine what you want your guests to have access to on the day of the event. Availability of some of the exhibits will depend on the package you select, as well as your personal preference as to whether or not you want your guests exploring the museum during your private party. As with anything, we work with you to make sure that your private party is set up for success.
Yes, basic cleaning services are included in your rental fee. We usually like to make sure our rental customers don’t have surprise costs at the end of their party or gathering. Yes, parking is available in the White River State Park underground parking garage on a first come, first serve basis. Additional parking is available for an additional fee. For those who park in the garage, parking fees are included on the day of the event.
Yes, you can bring your own florist, band, DJ and photographer. We’ll help you coordinate with third party vendors by providing them with information about working at our venue. We have policy forms for these providers to fill out and all vendors are responsible for loading and unloading their equipment.
Unfortunately, with the demand for rental spaces, we cannot place holds on spaces without a deposit. We book on a first come, first serve basis. You are welcome to check in with us whenever you like on our availability!
