Each Eiteljorg space is designed to inspire creativity and foster productive discussions. We offer flexible room set up such as classroom-style and theater-style in addition to traditional round table settings. “The Eiteljorg was the perfect place to host our conference’s social event. It was easily accessible and offered parking validation at no additional charge. The grounds are beautiful, and even though we had to move indoors from the patio due to weather, we had no complaints. The staff was able to adjust the day before to make it work beautifully. It was a bonus having the ability for our attendees to access the galleries on the first and second floors. Holly Hill-Brooks was fantastic to work with due to her attention to detail, responsiveness, and friendliness throughout the entire process!”

Corporate Events FAQS

How many guests can attend my event?

Our capacities are determined by your set up. Please review our Eiteljorg Museum Facility Rental Sheet for room capacities and other space information.

Can my guests tour the galleries during our event?

Yes! We encourage guests to explore the Eiteljorg’s unique galleries and exhibits during your event. Additional fees are required for galleries and exhibits to remain open after museum hours. If selecting to have the galleries open during your event, self-guided or guided tours are available free of charge.

Does the Eiteljorg provide parking?

Yes. The Eiteljorg Museum validates all parking to guests in the White River State Park underground garage. Spaces are under a first-come first-serve basis.

Am I able to use outside vendors for florals, entertainment, and photography?

Yes. We welcome outside vendors, but ask you to discuss with the Eiteljorg team ahead of time to plan accordingly. We will also ask vendors to complete required information in order to be in compliance with Eiteljorg policies.

Do you offer catering for all events?

Yes. Our exclusive partner is Kahn’s Catering who will handle all food, beverage, and set up requests. They will work with you to create a personalized menu to accommodate your needs.

Is the Eiteljorg disability accessible?

Yes. The Eiteljorg museum provides accessibility through ramps, entryways and exits, galleries, and restrooms throughout the museum and outdoor spaces.

Do you provide tables and chairs?

Yes. All in-house tables and chairs are included in your rental fee. You are welcome to select different decor through an outside vendor, however, this will not be included in your rental fee.
