
Indigenous Food Sovereignty Dinner with Chef Loretta Oden

Join us on Friday, April 4 from 6–8:30 p.m. at the Eiteljorg Museum for a special evening celebrating Indigenous food sovereignty with Emmy Award-winning chef Loretta Barrett Oden (Citizen Potawatomi Nation). Enjoy a three-course meal featuring her recipes while learning about the rich traditions, ingredients and history behind Indigenous cuisine.
Chef Oden, a renowned food writer, TV host and Native foods historian, will share her culinary expertise through dinner and a discussion, followed by a Q&A and book signing of her cookbook Corn Dance: Inspired First American Cuisine.
