Dante Biss-Grayson (Osage) Fashion Residency

We are thrilled to welcome Dante Biss-Grayson (Osage), a renowned fashion designer, artist, activist, poet, and Native American USAF Veteran, as an artist in residence! Dante is the visionary behind Sky-Eagle Fashion, a family-run fashion house he created to channel his experiences and healing after multiple tours of duty. His work, which ranges from fashion to poetry and art installations, has been showcased at prestigious events, including New York Fashion Week and the Cannes Runway Show.
Throughout his residency at the Eiteljorg, Dante will bring his passion for art, fashion, and healing through a series of special events:
- Thursday, November 7: Dante will present at Purdue University alongside Felica Ahasteen-Bryant, with a small fashion presentation highlighting his Sky-Eagle collection.
- Friday, November 8: Attend Dante’s powerful presentation at the Indiana War Memorial, honoring Veterans with his story of resilience, art, and activism.
- Saturday, November 9: Experience a unique mini fashion show in the late afternoon/evening featuring Sky-Eagle Fashion, where Dante’s designs will come to life on the runway.
