Marris, Bonnie

BONNIE MARRIS HAS BEEN PAINTING since she was a child. She learned the use of oils from a very old man who lives four houses away. Bonnie began working with wolves, fox, coyotes, and mustelids (skunks, badgers, otters) at Michigan State University, where she earned a degree in Zoology. It instantly became her passion to share the feeling, amazement, and humility of these wild predators. Studying a wild wolf pack up close makes Bonnie want to share every moment of them with the view of the painting.

Bonnie’s work can be found in Broadmoor, Legacy, Sanders, and Beartooth galleries.
