Elevating your event is our cherished holiday tradition, Jingle Rails: The Great Western Adventure. Marvel at a wonderland of model trains weaving through enchanting miniature landscapes and iconic landmarks of Indianapolis and the American West, all beautifully crafted from natural materials and adorned with festive holiday lights.

Holiday FAQs
Does hosting an event during Jingle Rails effect the capacity of the spaces?
Yes! During the run of Jingle Rails, the capacity for the Allen Whitehill Clowes Sculpture Court and the Eagle Commons Grand Hallway is impacted.
- Allen Whitehill Clowes Sculpture Court Capacity: 65 for seated dining, 90 for cocktail reception.
- Eagle Commons Grand Hallway Capacity: 100 for seated Dining, 300+ for a cocktail reception.

Can my guests tour the galleries during our event?
Yes! Explore our museum and galleries through guided and interactive tours! This can be arranged for your guests at no extra charge if you add open galleries to your event.
Am I able to use outside vendors for florals, entertainment, and photography?
Yes. We welcome outside vendors, but ask you to discuss with the Eiteljorg team ahead of time to plan accordingly. We will also ask vendors to complete required information in order to be in compliance with Eiteljorg policies.
Do you provide tables and chairs?
Yes. All in-house tables and chairs are included in your rental fee. You are welcome to select different decor through an outside vendor, however, this will not be included in your rental fee.
Is the Eiteljorg disability accessible?
Yes. The Eiteljorg museum provides accessibility through ramps, entryways and exits, galleries, and restrooms throughout the museum and outdoor spaces.
Does the Eiteljorg provide parking?
Yes. The Eiteljorg Museum validates all parking to guests in the White River State Park underground garage. Spaces are under a first-come first-serve basis.
Do you offer catering?
Yes. Our exclusive partner is Kahn’s Catering who will handle all food, beverage, and set up requests.
Are there hotels to stay nearby?
Yes. There are several hotels within walking distance of the Eiteljorg. See available hotels near the museum here.
