Come join us for a screening of the award winning documentary, Jews of the Wild West in partnership with JCC Indianapolis. Learn about how Jewish people have impacted the American West from historians, rabbis and descendants of the people highlighted in the documentary. Following the screening there will be a virtual Q&A with Amanda Kinsey the documentary’s filmmaker.

Registration is required for this event. The cost is $15 for non-members and $10 for Eiteljorg and JCC members. Link to register coming soon.

About the film: Through on-camera interviews, compelling footage and historical photographs, the film weaves together a dynamic and nearly forgotten story of the American West and the Jewish American experience. The Wild West stories of historical Jewish figures, such as Golda Meir and Levi Strauss, will fascinate audiences and well known characters Wyatt Earp, Black Jack Ketchum and Pancho Villa make appearances.
