The Eiteljorg has implemented new health procedures
PUBLIC HEALTH NOTICE
The Eiteljorg Museum complies with all state and local public health requirements for remaining open and clean during the COVID-19 pandemic.
All visitors to the Eiteljorg, its galleries, grounds, meeting spaces, museum café and museum store are required to:
- wear face coverings inside the building
- sanitize hands upon entering
- receive a non-invasive temperature scan taken by museum staff
- maintain six-foot social distancing from others inside the building
- adhere to the blue “permission lines” on the floor mandating spacing around exhibits
- wash hands after using the restroom, sneezing or blowing one’s nose
Prospective visitors experiencing fever, coughing or symptoms of illness should postpone their planned visit to the Eiteljorg to a later date when they are healthy. Out of consideration for others, visitors should follow the directions of Eiteljorg Museum admission staff and security while visiting the museum.
Visiting public places like the Eiteljorg Museum presents an increased risk of exposure to Coronavirus or COVID-19. By entering the Museum, its galleries, grounds, meeting spaces, café or store, all visitors (ticketed or not) waive any and all claims of any kind against the Museum and its Board of Directors, employees and volunteers, and release them from all liability, relating to any exposure to or infection from Coronavirus or COVID-19 that might result from such visit or entry. This release and waiver covers claims or liability for adverse health consequences, monetary damages, and losses of any kind. Visitors assume all risks arising from their visit, including the potential for increased risk of exposure to or infection from Coronavirus or COVID-19. Any visitor unable to accept such risks should not visit the Museum at this time.
