Booth Fees
Upon acceptance to the market, each accepted artist will submit a $75 booth fee no later than April 1 to lock in the booth. Artists who are sharing booths must submit a total of $100. Fees may be submitted by check or credit card.
Booths
The museum provides two 6’ x 1.5’ tables, two chairs and access to electricity. Artists must provide table coverings, lights and electrical cords. Booths are approximately 8’x 8’ in size. Accommodations can be made with advanced notice if space allows.
Set Up and Tear Down
Artists can start setting up on Friday, April 24 between 2 – 5 p.m., and can enter the museum at 7 a.m. Saturday, April 25. Artists that have not checked in by 9 a.m. on Saturday will lose their booth and booth fee. All booths will remain open until the official closing of the market at 5 p.m.
Rules
For setup, we ask that you park in the circle in front of the Eiteljorg, once unloaded move your vehicle to the White River State Park garage. The circle looks like this:
Spring Market is in the hallway next to Clowes ballroom and in Clowes itself.
We have carts for artists unloading on the circle; they will not fit into the parking garage elevator.
