The Eiteljorg Museum invites members to attend an evening with Steven Yazzie (Diné/Laguna Pueblo)  as he discusses issues of land as a source of identity, conflict, and resource within the southwest. His talk will focus primarily on his works around the coyote and its symbolic nature.

Steven Yazzie, an Eiteljorg Fellow, is a multidisciplinary artist working in video, painting, and installation. He is a member of the Navajo Nation and a veteran of the Gulf War, serving honorably with the United States Marine Corps. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Intermedia at Arizona State University and was named the 2014 outstanding graduate for the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts.
