Terms & Conditions Acknowledgement

Please review and confirm your understanding and agreement to the following requirements for exhibiting in the Community Gallery. Upon acceptance to exhibit, your group or organization will be required to complete the Eiteljorg Museum Community Gallery Exhibition Agreement.

Installation & Curation: We understand our group is fully responsible for curating, hanging, and installing the exhibition.

Artwork Specifications: We agree that all artwork will not exceed 42”x36” inches (including frame) and will be delivered with strap hangers or D-rings already installed.

Transport & Timelines: We agree to meet all project deadlines and are responsible for transporting artwork to and from the museum.

Liability Insurance: We confirm that we can and will provide proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance upon request.

Artwork Sales: We understand that all artwork sales are the sole responsibility of our group/organization.

Gallery Access: We understand the museum reserves the right to use the gallery for other events during the exhibition run.

Marketing & Press: We agree to produce our own promotional materials and to coordinate all media outreach with the museum’s Marketing & Communications department.

Cancellation: We understand that the museum may cancel the exhibition without liability if our group is unwilling or unable to meet the agreed-upon deadlines of deliverables.
